• 8 minutes – Coach's choice of dynamic warm up.

10 minutes to introduce/train the Kettlebell Turkish Get Up.

Teams of 2 partners, with only one partner working at a time, complete 2 rounds for time:
60 Push Press, 115/75#
60 Box Jumps, 30/24”
60 Ring Dips

EACH partner MUST complete 30 reps of each movement before the team can move on to the next movement.  The 30 reps can be partitioned in any manner but each movement must be split evenly between both partners.  If you perform this alone, split all reps and half but still perform 2 rounds.
