Catching Cleans – Matt Foreman, Catalyst Athletics

WARM UP
• Barbell Warm Up (5 of each movement, 20/15kg)
1. Power Position Jump Shrug
2. Power Position High Pull
3. Power Position Muscle Snatch
4. Drop Snatch
5. Overhead Squat
6. Sotts Press
7. Duck Hop/Walk
8. Tall Snatch (Power Position)

BEGINNER WEIGHTLIFTING
1) 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Push Press.
2) 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Front Squat.

INTERMEDIATE WEIGHTLIFTING
1) 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch.
2) 15 minutes to establish a 1RM CleanJerk.

CONDITIONING
1 mile Run.
