WARM UP (15 minutes total)
A) 3 rounds, but no more than 10 minutes:
   1. Weighted Strict Pull Ups x 3 (max weight allowing 3 unbroken reps) 
   2. Tuck L-Sit on Rings x 10 seconds
B) 5 minutes:  Dynamic Warm Up preparing for Sprints.

CONDITIONING

3 Rounds for time:
200m Run; rest equal to run time.
400m Run; rest equal to run time.
600m Run; rest equal to run time.
• Record scores for all 9 intervals.
