WARM UP (15 minutes total)
A) 3 rounds, but no more than 8 minutes:
   1. Weighted Strict Pull Ups x 4 (max weight allowing 5 unbroken reps) 
B) 7 minutes:  Movement Prep & Warm Up for the Snatch.

WEIGHTLIFTING
20 minutes to find your 1RM Snatch.

CONDITIONING
3 rounds for time:
12 Power Cleans, 165/110#
12 Strict Handstand Push Ups
• 10-minute time limit.
