WARM UP
7 minutes: Dynamic Warm Up and Movement Prep for Deadlift

STRENGTH
SPEED Deadlift:  8x3 @ 60% 1RM
• Reset between each rep.  Move the bar with speed and aggression.

CONDITIONING
15 rounds for time:
10 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Front Squats, 135/95#
10 Burpees
• 35-minute time limit.
