WEIGHTLIFTING (15 minutes total; warm up + EMOM)
EMOM for 8 minutes:  1 Snatch (full) @ 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 75%, 80%, 85%

CONDITIONING

2,000m Row (or 1 mile Run, only if rower is not available)
