WARM UP
3 rounds, but no more than 15 minutes:
5 x High Hang Muscle Snatch, 45/35#  
5 x Snatch Balance, 45/35#
5 x Tall Snatch, 45/35#

WEIGHTLIFTING
20 minutes to find your Unbroken 1RM of the following:
1 Snatch (full) + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Hang Snatch (full) + 1 Overhead Squat

CONDITIONING
16-12-8 for time:
Alternating Pistols
High Bar Back Squats, 165/105#
Strict Handstand Push Ups
• Every round of Squats starts with the bar on the ground.
