CONDITIONING
As many reps as possible in 8 minutes:
5 Deadlifts, 135/95#
5 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95#
5 Front Squats, 135/95#
5 Jerks, 135/95#

STRENGTH
High Bar Back Squat:  5x2 @ 80%-90% 1RM
