WARM UP (8 minutes or less)

25 Single Unders
10 Mountain Climbers
10 Sit Ups

STRENGTH (20 minutes)
Overhead Squat:  5x3 @ 80%-85% OHS 1RM.

CONDITIONING
As many reps as possible in 15 minutes:
30 Jumping Lunges
30 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16kg
30 Push Ups
