As fast as possible, for time:
1 mile Run

• Move from track to gym, rest, set up, and warm up for 15 minutes, then:

CONDITIONING #2
As many reps as possible in 9 minutes:
2 Power Cleans, 135/95#
2 Box Jump Overs, 24/20”
4 Power Cleans, 135/95#
4 Box Jump Overs, 24/20”
6 Power Cleans, 135/95#
6 Box Jump Overs, 24/20”
Etc… Continuing to increase reps by 2's until time expires.
