80 Box Jumps (24/20)
60 Plate Burpees (35/15)*
40 Kettle-bell Swings (70/55) 


1000m Partner Run
(Partners must stay w/in arms reach) 

*Chest touches a bumper plate on the ground ea rep, Plate is moved from ground to overhead as you stand up from the burpee.
