Announcement:  For the long weekend we will be running a holiday schedule.
Friday - No Class
Saturday - No Class (SFC will be closed)
Monday - 1730 Normal Class
WODs will be posted but there will be no coach led classes.  If a group plans to workout it will be posted here and/or Facebook.
