Skill/Conditioning:
4 x 200m Run
-Rest 1 min between Sets
-If you know your goal mile pace, run each interval to hit that pace.
ie: 8min/mile = 1min/200m  7:30/mile = 56s/200m etc...

WOD:

Kettlebell Swings (70/55)
5 Burpee Box Jump overs (24/20) after each round
