20 Minutes Gymnastics Skill Work:
- Rope Climb
- Muscle Ups
- Kipping
- Freestanding Handstands


On an 8minute Running Clock, perform 2 minutes each of:
Burpees (to 6in Target)
Squats
Sit-Ups
Power Cleans (95/65) 


*Standing tall, arm extended, target must be 6in above hand.  Pull up bar or mark on a wall works best.
