Partner A: 400m Run
Partner B: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

-Partners must switch every time A comes back from the run. 
-Partner A will pick up wherever Partner B left off on the AMRAP
-Score = total Rounds + Reps of the 5, 10, 15 workout
